Command Center

See what needs attention before it costs you.

The first screen a coach sees after signing in: what is at risk, where next season's roster is thin, and what every planned offer leaves in the budget — one connected view, updated as the board changes.

How it works

What it does, in order.

  1. 01

    Attention required

A ranked list, three to six items, built by fixed rules over the board: a prospect whose signing risk reads severe or high, a position the next roster leaves thin, a planned offer well outside its suggested allocation, a budget with little headroom left. Each one links to the screen where you act on it.

  2. 02

    Roster futures, by season

Who is still on the roster next year and the year after, by position, once graduating classes leave and committed recruits arrive — labeled from critical to strong. It assumes every eligible player stays and every commit signs, and says so on the screen.

  3. 03

    The class, as it stands

Every prospect with an offer out or a commitment, with the planned dollars, the signing-risk read, and the position need each one fills. From here you open the Class Optimizer to try a different mix under the same budget.

  4. 04

    Capital efficiency

Where the money is working: the best values on the roster, the allocations that look high against the estimate, and what is still unallocated. All of it is the same engine output shown on each player's profile, gathered in one place.

  5. 05

    Recent changes

Who changed what, and when — an offer edited, a valuation input added, a staff note — so a head coach opening the app on Monday sees the week's decisions without asking.

Roster futures

The projection behind an 'attention required' alert: the same diamond the signed-in Command Center draws, by season.

C is below target in 2026–27. The projection assumes every eligible player stays and every commit signs — stated on the screen, not hidden in the math.

Budget headroom

What every planned offer leaves. The Command Center reads this same pool, so an edited offer moves both screens at once.

A dollar range on every recruit. A risk read right beside it.

Every prospect gets an estimated value, a suggested allocation scaled to what is actually left in your budget, and a signing-risk read at the price you plan to offer — each with its confidence shown.
