For users between 13 and 17, we require the email address of a parent or legal guardian at signup and send a notification email when the account is created. Parents and guardians may contact us at digitalbullpen@gmail.com to review, correct, or delete their child's information at any time.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and access controls. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and applicable authorities as required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
